Perfectly Planned Events transformed the ballroom of The Westin Lombard into a high-end college tailgate experience. Through custom collateral, event design and decor, and gourmet catering, guests were able to enjoy a classic tailgate experience including live streamed football.
To raise much needed dollars for a Home Care medical program, as well as generate new enthusiasm in attendees, this event left traditional black-tie experience in exchange for a fun, creative, casual evening, Home Care for the Home Team. From the collegiate feel collateral to the tasty tailgate treats and exceptional interactive guest experiences, guests were fully immersed in this ballroom tailgate.
