Perfectly Planned Events created an evening centered around the theme, Chicago Together as this event showcased the recent joining of forces of two Chicago powerhouses; WBEZ and the Chicago Sun Times.
The union of broadcast and print media made the communication of the new brand paramount; the “coming together” of public news sources as essential funds were raised for public journalism.
Guests were moved into a new Chicago location with a completely different look and feel from previous galas, an immersive Chicago experience. By using custom collateral, extensive symbolism, exceptional video and bespoke details, the guest felt a part of a greater whole- coming together to celebrate Chicago and this phenomenal acquisition while giving generously.
